That is why we have chosen to continue our partnership with Astrio & Hammers in 2025 as well. We are also a local partner of the Final4 Handball Festival at Halmstad Arena. Local partner for Final4, February 7–8
On February 7–8, Halmstad will host Final4 at Halmstad Arena in collaboration with the Swedish Handball Federation and the local handball clubs in Halmstad.
Final4 is a handball festival where the top four men’s teams in Sweden compete for medals in the Final4 Swedish Cup tournament.

The purpose of the partnership is to work with BK Astrio to promote the development of soccer in Halmstad, including by providing the club with opportunities to conduct and develop its activities with a focus on children and youth.
BK Astrio and Hallarna are also collaborating to develop and carry out various CSR projects together, such as the Hallarnaloppet, the Hallarna Cup, and litter cleanup days in partnership with Keep Sweden Clean.
BK Astrio offers activities ranging from soccer school to senior soccer, and at Söndrums IP, more than 700 active players train regularly under the guidance of about 100 coaches. Söndrums IP is the heart of the club and an environment that is characterized by a sense of community, a fighting spirit, and the joy of the game.
Hallarna is one of the club’s main partners. The agreement provides BK Astrio and Hallarna with continued opportunities to build on the sustainability initiative launched last year, in which we are working together toward a more sustainable Halmstad.

The purpose of this partnership is to positively contribute to the club’s ability to develop its sport while also supporting the club’s children’s and youth programs. The overall goal is for our partnership to lead to more people in the future having the opportunity to participate in everything that sports—and ice hockey in particular—have to offer.
Hallarna is also involved in supporting the Hammers’ “Hockey for Everyone” project
“Hockey for Everyone” is an umbrella term for a wide range of projects that have been carried out and are planned, all of which aim for one thing: to enable more people to play ice hockey.
The Halmstad Hammers are based at Halmstad Arena and engage children and youth from the hockey school all the way up to the senior team. The club currently has about 450 active players and about 900 members. The club works hard on its youth programs to foster good role models, with a focus on joy, community, ethics, and morals.
