Who are we?
Hallarna is part of Eurocommercial Properties, which was founded in the Netherlands in 1991 and has many years of international experience in shopping centers. Eurocommercial currently owns shopping centers in Italy, France, Belgium, and Sweden. The Swedish operation was established in 2001 and continues to grow and develop year after year.
Today, Eurocommercial owns a total of eight shopping centers in Sweden: Avion Shopping in Umeå, Valbo Köpcentrum in Gävle, C4 Shopping in Kristianstad, Grand Samarkand in Växjö, Hallarna in Halmstad, Ingelsta Shopping in Norrköping, Elins Esplanad in Skövde, and Bergvik in Karlstad—all located in attractive, major regional cities with strong potential for growth.
These centers maintain very high standards and are the leading retail destinations in their respective catchment areas.
By focusing on the development of its properties and long-term relationships with business partners, Eurocommercial has created a commercial portfolio that brings together Scandinavia’s leading retail players.
