We're helping Majblomman

On April 12, Hallarna invites you to a day filled with kindness, joy, and community—all to support Majblomman’s important work on behalf of children in Sweden. Every child has the right to a meaningful future—free from poverty.

On Saturday, April 12, we invite you to join us for a day where children take center stage. For every visit, we’ll donate 5 kr to Majblomman and their work to combat child poverty in Sweden. Come join us for activities for the whole family—and buy Majblomman flowers on-site! Together, we can make a difference 💛

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the classic buttercup—yellow with green pistils—first being used as the symbol of the May Flower. This year’s flower is a tribute to this very anniversary, designed by 12-year-old Nellie Pilhton from Gothenburg, and represents something we all need— hope. On April 9, sales of this year’s May Flower will begin across the country. On April 12, Hallarna is hosting a special charity day to mark the occasion, and you’re warmly invited to join us!

Throughout the day, representatives from Majblomman will be on site at the shopping center, along with Majblomman children selling this year’s flower. It’s an opportunity to contribute, learn more about the organization’s work, and meet the people who are truly making a difference.

For our younger visitors, Halle’s Best Friend Room is open—filled with fun activities where you, as a visitor, can get involved and make a difference by making a small donation to Majblomman through our face painting, balloon twisting, and arts and crafts activities. And, of course, our very own mascot, Halle, will be there too .

Welcome to Hallarna on April 12 – Together, we make a difference.
